In compliance with Philadelphia's city-wide mask mandate, all guests and arena employees will be required to wear a mask while inside Wells Fargo Center, except while actively eating or drinking.
Fans can pre-purchase parking for easy arrival either at point of ticket purchase or in lead up to the game here.
All parking lots at Wells Fargo Center are cashless and accept all major credit cards and digital payment including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Only small wallets, clutches (not to exceed 4.5" x 6.5" with or without handle), medically-required bags, and parenting bags are permitted and will be subject to an X-ray scan and visual security check.
Oversized bags can be stored in lockers located on the Broad Street side of the building. Lockers are priced based on bag size, ranging from $5 to $15, payable by credit cards only. Lockers are limited and available on first come, first served basis.
All transactions made at the counter will be cashless, using either credit or debit cards. For fans who bring cash to the arena, reverse ATMs will be available on-site to load cash onto a pre-paid debit card.
Wells Fargo Center also now supports mobile ordering via Tapin2. Orders can be made using the mobile ordering QR code which is accessible on seats throughout the arena and throughout the concourses.
Guests can order and pay for merchandise online at shop.wfcphilly.com on their mobile devices and pick it up right at the New Era Team Store. Guests can also purchase items in the store and at merchandise counters. Cash will not be accepted; however, reverse ATMs will be available on-site to load cash onto a pre-paid debit card.
